hi, may be someone don like such question, but its serious problem,plz some one help me how to care about ache butts red pimples also appear on them even i  take care of cleaness taking shower daily but no use they are getting darker, how to care them please if someone have any idea then share with me ok tc bye

Have you tried drinking plenty of water? That should take care of pimples

 you can solve this problem by using a mediacted soap like nuetrogna for acne prone skin to reduce the formation of pimples and obviously since you cannot look at what stage the pimples are its best to follow some tips with regards to change in diet and some topical treatments which are included in this forum
