Do aroma oils have a fixed shelf life? What happens if you use them after their expiry date?

hi
yes they tend to lose the strong smell which they do have in the beginning so you do not get the entire benefit also oils like almond (sweet) and neorilli ,orange blosom etc tend to go rancid if kept for a long time hence you get them in very small quantities.

Keep them all in the fridge..it really extends their shelf life. I even keep my cologne in there...
