Any weight loss program calls for a proper combination of physical exercise and diet control.But before u embark on any weight loss program,u must consult your physician.
If  u suffer from any serious physical disorders like high blood presure,diabetes,heart problems,etc a consultation with your doctor is a must, otherwise it may  prove fatal,especially since a weight loss program includes alterations in diet. Cutting down on junk food like sweets,cakes,pastries,chips,colas,burgers,sugar,et c  is the first step towards a successful weight loss program. Exercise is absolutely essential for everyone,not just for loosing weight,but also for improving stamina and fitness levels.Whatever exercise regimen u follow,try to make it enjoyable. Even light exercises like climbing stairs,walking,etc will go a long way in assisting u in your weight loss program.

I always believe in stepwise approach Smiley

1- Listen to your body-make sure you have got a full medial check up done, make sure you have all your aim and goals (regarding weight management) written down

2- No unrealistic expectations to be made, We all are different in terms of our natural body shapes, styles, lifestyles, metabolism rate !

3- Never torture the body-just because a large number of people from the neighbourhood are going to the gym and slogging for 5 hours doing cardio doesnt mean I join the herd too! If I am more comfortable doing yoga and my body doesnt cry in pain then I am going to stick with it!

4- Vegetables, Fruits, lots of water and fresh juices=IN!
Cheese, Overfried Food, Chips, Burgers, Junk Food= OUT!

5- Know the limits, drinl lots of water, Dont compare unnecessarily with the abs and toned muscles of celebs and its all fine!
