I always believe in stepwise approach

1- Listen to your body-make sure you have got a full medial check up done, make sure you have all your aim and goals (regarding weight management) written down
2- No unrealistic expectations to be made, We all are different in terms of our natural body shapes, styles, lifestyles, metabolism rate !
3- Never torture the body-just because a large number of people from the neighbourhood are going to the gym and slogging for 5 hours doing cardio doesnt mean I join the herd too! If I am more comfortable doing yoga and my body doesnt cry in pain then I am going to stick with it!
4- Vegetables, Fruits, lots of water and fresh juices=IN!
Cheese, Overfried Food, Chips, Burgers, Junk Food= OUT!
5- Know the limits, drinl lots of water, Dont compare unnecessarily with the abs and toned muscles of celebs and its all fine!
