This plan worked for me so just wanted to share this with all of you so here goes,

1) ACTION PLAN -1  MAINTAIN A FOOD DAIRY
Write the foods you have eaten starting from breakfast and constantly review so that you guide your stomach and not the other way around, this way you will be able to check portions,how much quantity and how often you have eaten.

2) ACTION PLAN -2  MAKE THE DIFFERNCE BY ADOPTING THE SWAP METHOD

In th swap method ,you substitute healthy options for non-nutricious food  for eg Swap rice ,potatoes and white bread for whole wheat bread and greens as this has more fibre which gives you a feeling of fullnes.

Non fat milk or Low fat milk for th eregular variety

A fresh fruit juice with no sugar but a teaspoon of honey instead of colas

Only egg whites  without the yolk
Low fat butter or margarine instead of salted butter
Rice crispies  or crackers instead of chips or buttered popcorn

If you are a meat eater swap fried chicken and burgrers for more grilled fish such as salmon or tuna


3) ACTION PLAN -3  FOODS THAT MAKE YOU THIN
eat broccoli and beans as they have a lot of iron and fibre and sip flavoured water so as to feel full soon.
Do not stock tempting foods like cakes,chips or pizzas and assume you have control ,its best not to see them around instead when you do think of food start to do your nails or read a good book or take a walk ,research has shown thet most of the eating is done when you are bored

Eat small meals so that you do not deprive food ,when I say meals I do not mean junk food  either munch on celery or carrot sticks  or munch an apple or best drink water
