facial regime
«

hi ive just bought today some simple purifying cleanising lotion, simple soothing toner and simple moisturising foaming facial wash, normally it says which 1s to use first and stuff on the back but it doesnt on these bottles. can some1 tell me the directions in how to use these? which do i put on 1st and how long do i leave them on my face for... also this could sound a stupid question because i aint sure weather to leave the moisturising 1 on my face afterwards so should i carry on using the moisturiser cream i already have?

hello mikey
good for you ,you can now be a part of the CTM group ie (Cleansing ,toning and moisturising )
First take a piece of cotton ,pour acoin size amount of cleansing lotion and massage gently onto face .
Next take a piece of cotton and with circular movements start from the neck above cleaning your face ,you can now see the grime on the cotton.
After you have finished with it,use another piece of cotton to completely remove traces of cleanser on face
Then soak cooton with toner and gently pat your face with it pls do not rub and pull skin when applying. this prepares your skin for absorbing moisture
after say a minute once the toner has been applied and absorbed take a small amount of moisturiser and gently massage into face and neck with upward strokes
you are done and ready to go

thanks alot poorna, so this moisturisising foaming facial wash that i have just bought will this be as affective as a moisturiser that i have from the body shop? to me the foaming 1 is more like a cream cos u apply it to cotton, if it isnt should i use the moisturiser i have been using for the last month?

no no no mikey do not apply the foaming face wash to your face ,i overlooked your detail ,I mistook the face wash to be a cream sorry pls after you tone your skin do apply gel based moisturiser (you get many in the market) or you can use any cream which you are comfortable with
I am sorry that I overlooked that detail otherwise what ever I have told you is okay to incorporate into your routine

hi mikey
you can use the moisturizing face eash during the winter when harsh soaps can dry out your skin, with regards to your eyes miley do look up some remedies in the forum for eyecare also you would want to use a specific under eye cream ,you get excellent under eye cream from clinique and also clarins so this can really help you and also do not massage the undereye cream harshly you need to use just 2 of your fingers and pat the under eyecream on to your skin
good luck
