You can step up your metabolisim in the morning with a glass of tomato juice with a pinch of salt and pepper, if you do not have the time for a morning work out. The tomato juice is wholesome and in ayurveda it has a natural calorie burning capacity.

Another drink would be that of cabbage broth which is extremely good for your skin in the long run due to its high vitamin content.

Also, Apple and beetroot juices are quite good for flushing out toxins from the body and maintain good metabolism rate.

My mother also makes this potion early morning (at around 5 am) to aid in weight loss- squeeze 1 lemon + add 1 small spoon of honey = mix with 1 glass of lukewarm water and there you go, just drink it! It is supposed to give radiance to skin + lead to weight loss!

Yes
We can get good results from the above.

Mix 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 spoon honey, drink this in the morning (empty stomach), will reduce weight.

Radish juice is very helpful for this.

Black tea with lime juice will help to maintain our weight.

I have heard a lot about benefits of Green tea, does Black tea also contain those good properties? I will sure try it out Smiley

To lower cholestrol levels in the body and to stabilize blood pressure ,you could have the juice of pomegranates ,start with little and then you could increase your intake.

Also take green tea and black coffee which helps in reducing your weight

Consume less oil. Excessive fat intake increases free radical activity. Drink a glass of vegetable juice every day. Raw vegetable juice is full of both known and unknown antioxidants, which help douse free radical activity.

Eat more veggies, whole grain, lean meats, and fibre-rich food. Junk is out. Drink plenty of water and other fluids, more so in summer as sweating it out could lead to dehydration.

compared to my boby my face will be big

So first you need to spare 15 minutes for your face work out
stand in front of your mirror ( you might laugh initially ) but you will feel good once you see results .

start with widening your eyes and say AAAAAHHHHHH
repeat this 5 times and you can increase it as you go

Second say EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE where your cheeks and facial muscles feel the strain

Thirdly say OOOOOOOOOOH where your mouth is in a perfect o
Lastly say keep your face staright put your tongue out and look at your tongue.

Pls do not think this is a joke these various expressions help in toning facial muscles this is a yogic adaptation

Also try chewing sugar free gum as theh strengthen loose skin aroud the neck area.

A facial massage enhances blood circulation which is also very beneficial
