I am taking cytoxan, a chemotherapy drug and have lost most of my hair. Has anyone ever bought a wig on line and if so who is a good company?

sorry to hear that ,but I would suggest you to ask your beauty salon ,( it depends whare you are located) to give you afew names as buying a wig online might sound convenient but you might find it not suiting etc ,its always better you try a few on and then decide

my daugter was diagnosed with anorexia, and has had hair loss. While we have her back on track with eating, and taking vitamins such as folic acid, hair skin & nail formula, and multi vitamin, the hair loss is still happening. She is very distressed by this. It has only been a couple of months that we have had her back on track, and we have explained that it will take time, but is there anything else we could be doing to help her with getting her hair back to a healthy balance.

hi
you are absolutely right .it does take time, what amount of hair she is loosing is normal as they are dead due to lack of nutrition, apart from her diet and supplements you can try the VO5 hot oil treatment and use any peppermint based shampoo to give her hair more body and volume.the hair shedding will stop as soon as her scalp is ready to grow more hair. you could try giving her head massages with olive oil and wrap a towel dipped in warm water so that the pores open up and absorb the goodness of the oil
