I have a problem with skin thinning because of cushings disease.  It makes your skin look all red and blotchy.  Would appreciate any home remedies or ideas that anyone might have.

hi yokus
To reduce your blotchiness and redness of skin ,you need to treat your skin very gently, first no harsh soaps or creams with strong fragrances and no citric acid i.e lemon or any thing citrus.

Please do use a face wash for hypoallergenic skin  soem good ones are cetaphil or nuetrogena for sensitive skin or clinique soaps.

second do not pull or rub your skin with towels ets pls do use a soft face towel and pat dry

Watch what you eat pls do avoid anything which triggers a reaction in your skin lie peanuts or shell fish

thirdly pls do use aloe gel to soothe your skin and nothing else

good luck
