Varicose veins are abnormally bulging veins which are bluish in colour and are usually found on the back of your legs esbecially on the calf muscles,they are not  dangerous or fatal provided they are not too much and are painful.

The cosmetic treatment available are

Here are smart tips to prevent varicose veins:

Regular excercise of the legs,especially walking
