Herbal oil will help to get good conditioning hair. I am using a Herbal hair tonic (Siddha medicine), it is good for me. We can get good result in pure coconut oil with gentle massage. Hair fall and growth depends on one's genetic, health and conditioning hair. We can get good hair growth from rich protein and iron content food. Iron content food reduces grey hair in young age.
Tip: Mix 50ml castor oil (pure) with 200ml coconut oil (pure), for hair density.
Eat Curry leaves to prevent grey hair and for hair growth.

Mix the equal proportion of almond oil, olive oil, and castor oil. Apply gently on the head to prevent hair fall. This mixture acts as a good hair tonic.
Castor oil with few drops of  jasmine oil is an good hair conditioner and makes hair shiny.

Hi skinca,

Yes, it is effective. Other than this you can prepare following oils:

1. Mix equal quantities of almond oil, castor oil & coconut oil. Massage this on scalp gently weekly once. Shampoo after 3 hours or next day. This is really helpful in controling hair fall.

2. Heat coconut oil & slowly add curry leaves to it. keep it on a low flame. When the leaves get burnt, remove the oil from flame & let it cool. After cooling, stain the oil & use it. This makes hair black & is good for hair.
