I do, but I didn't before, until I had to wake up early. Then I felt the need for it.
I usually eat something light, such as two waffles + some juice, or a sandwich. Some donuts, muffins, or cookies are also sufficient for me. However, health wise, it might not be for everyone.
I don't think waffles/pancakes are unhealthy, so you could give that a shot, along with a cup of your favorite juice. Heh, I've even drank lemonade in the morning
