My daughter has severe migraines for several years. Sometimes she has to lay in bed with blankets over the windows for days. She doesn't get relief until she vomits. The doctors have tried everything from herbs to pills to taking out her tonsils (far reach, I know!). She sees a neurologist, ENT, and family doctor regularly to address this issue. (they communicate) I would like to hear anything that has worked for anyone. Thanks so much.

She should keep a headache diary so that she can identify the triggers. Then can try to avoid the triggers for the headache

Thanks. That is a good idea, unfortunatelyWe have already done this. I can't list everything we have tried or are doing, so I guess I am looking for any kinds of rubs or holistic types of cures/helps that someone might know. Thanks.

At what time does she get the headaches? She may be allergic to something she eats
