I'm a 17 yr old college student. 5'5" in height. who can suggest what should i do to loose my weight? i approximately weigh 150-160 lbs now. i decided to loose weight now. i drink a lot of water and minimize my intake of high-carb foods. I do not have time to exercise like jogging, and going to the gym because of my classes everyday. who can suggest an economize way to loose weight without going to the gym?

heyy ', for your condition i would seriously recommend pilates they really help you should go on

and ull be able to view the whole workout its an easy workout for the abs
secondly i would recommend using dumbells to tone the upper body around 3 to 5 pound weights and perform excerises from youtube
- go on 10 minute dumbell work out ( do these excersise 3-4 times a week ) they will take only half an hour a day and ull really trim your body
lastly you should know tht eat high amount of calories at night gives you a belly and increases your weight and tht sklipping meals can actully make you gain weight eat 6 times a day in small portions -
drink 2 cups of green tea ever day which really helps
and i can almost promise you'll loose great amount of weight if you stay commited <33
