black heads...........help????????????

hi everybody,

can any one tell me is there any way to remove the blackhead permantly.....i hv got lots on my nose nd chin is there any way out for it..........when ever i do facial at that movement it is gone but then the next day i get it back .........i am very fair nd it is very visible on my skin ..........pls gv me the solution for this........thanx.......
