odd ankle pain

 for about a month now I've been suffering with an ankle pain that wont go away. when i walk it hurts a bit, when i am still and even when i wiggle just a tiny bit. this is a huge problem for me. it feels as if my ankle needs to crack or something. I've tried stretching moderately and such but it doesn't seem to help.

Apple cider vinegar is effective for ankle pain, have you tried it ?
