extreme itch

im itchy all over. i dont have spots or anything like that. i've tried lotions, sprays baths, all sorts of things. it just isnt ending. i havent been able to sleep much because its so bad. i have even tried taking benedryl and nothing happened. i got a little drowsy but the itch never went away and drove me nuts. please help i need my sleep and i dont want to have scabs and such all over from itching!
