What causes a rash on the skin? Is it because of sweat or insect bites. Does scratching aggravate the rash?

Definitely, scratch aggravates the rash. To control itches on skin, we can take (heated) oil bath. Because of the insect bites, we never use this.
We can take bath, twice in a day and use talcum powder. It controls sweat.
