Dove exfoliating bar with blue microbeads is sold as a product to remove dead cells without leaving scratches. But is it necessary to use a bar to remove the dead cells, wont they fall off naturally ?

You need to exfoliate every 15 days as we do not shed dead skin on our own so we can use a good exfoliating cream like st IVes or home made products like , a little salt with oil ,rice powder with milk or powdered  sugar with oil and need to ake sure we do not rub it in too hard else we can scratch our face.
