Causes
The common cold results from exposure to a virus. Its inten-

The real cause of a cold, however, is the toxic condition of th

If I suffer from the cold, I chew some tulsi (basil) leaves in empty stomach and drink pepper tea.

I read in a book about the lime juice and I am sharing by this.
If we drink lime juice every day, as the ascorbic acid(vitamin C) content of the lime helps heal wounds quickly, maintaining teeth, helps also hair, nails and complexion in good condition and guard against catching cold.
