Hi

In order to get your foundation to last through the whole day and not look cakey moisturize properly before applying your foundtaion the base holds the foundation well and for a dewy appearance dust baby powder with a brush .

To get the make up set on your face after applying your base press a damp cloth on your face for it to set even better .

Always apply eye liner and mascara before you do your face as the mascara can leave black dots around your eyes which gets absorbed by powder.

When wearing heavy eye makeup leave the lips bare with gloss as made up lips might look very done up

Never wear dark rouge and eyemake up for the day .

Always wash your make up brushes and dry them out properly

Never share eye mascara wand and lip brushes with anyone.

More tips on make up,

Always test the colour of foundation you wish to buy by trying it on the inner part of your hand where the colour is normal.

Use a lipstick shade suited to your complexion and when using abold shade like red do not do the eyes up as well tends to look overdone.

Always bye a multipurpose product like blush beads which can double up as your eye shadow and lipstick when applied with a gloss

More make up tricks
If you want a healthy look or tanned look this can help
Touch coral or pink blusher to your cheeks and brows. Blend gold powder on lips for a sun-kissed look...Make pale, sun-shy skin glow with a 'health halo'. good blushes can be found in MAC, Bobbi brown or lakme or revlon

This is when you would not want to risk a burn on your skin you can get a sun kissed look with make up  Go natural for sultry summer days. Allow your porcelain complexion to filter through a light application of a tonal foundation.

This is when you would like to define your facial features
A sweep of a darker foundation lights up your jaw line and nose.

If you have blue or green eyes then this would work in yur favour
A soft peach eye shadow carries the sheen theme through to the eyes.

Brush your eyebrows lightly and the lashings of a waterproof mascara work just fine in case you decide on a pre-lunch dip.

Blush your cheeks with a bronzing powder (the easiest type to control) and a wicked rosy pink. Blending helps.

Define your lips with a natural beige.

Style your tresses in a way that wears well with just finger-combing.
