How to remove dark circles under eyes

The following remedies can reduce the puffy eye lookk and to a certain extent dirk circles.

First do not massage any cream under the eye as this is a very delicate area and the wrong techniques can do more damage than help.

Seondly cut slices of potato and keep them in the fridge not freezer and place them on the eye for 10 mins you can also use the juice of potato (you can dip cotton in the juice and place them on the eyes.

You can also keep the tea bags which you have used in the fridge ang then place them on the eye( please use cold tea bags not the ones you have just removed from your tea cup)

Make sure you protect your eyes from strong sun glare by using a good pair of sun glasses which compliment your face shape and most of all a good quality pair with enough protection to block out UVA and UVB rays.

When you use the computer for long use a good pair of anti computer glare glasses as you tend to strain your eyes a lot.

Eat healthy like carrot sticks with a dip and top your sandwiches with cooked spinach etc these are good sources of VIT A .

do not use poor quality eye make up use home made kajal or herbal products like biotique kajal which is good .

Your eyeliner need to be a good brand use it for some timeand then discontinue then start again to discourage damage.

Most important do not share your mascara wand and kajal pencil with anyone as they can encourage bacteria
