Homeopathy for skin problems

Dr. Batra's homeopathy clinics treat psoriasis, acne, white patches . But there are a lot of restrictions on diet.I wonder how effective homeopathy is in treating skin problems

This treatment may effective if a person follow-up with the same medicine for any problem in his health.

i.e. One should follow the same treatment, (it may be allopathy or ayurveda or siddha or homeopathy or unany) to get good result for any problem. Other wise the (any) treatment will give some side effects.
