well here is my problem, IN my BMI readings it shows that im healthy with a 130 lbs and i am 5'6 well unfortunatly i have a bulge in my lower belly and it makes me feel so uncomfortable my homecoming is October 7th and i would basically like to know what healthy foods and exercise i can do to lose weight in a matter of 3- 4 weeks?

Hi
You can start on a fibrous diet which includes a lot of carrots and greens like string beans etc also eat friuts like oranges and grapefriut or if you prefer juices or smoothies you can add apples and a fig for taste , do not eat highly salty food like chips , peanuts and nachos and sodas are a no no .
Eat fruits whenever possible and flavored vegetable juices or clear soups
With regards to work outs a good deal of stomach crunches are highly beneficial and make sure you consult your doctor or your gym councellor to carry out these workouts, jump rope as often you like please do wear proper shoes and streches like pilates are very god for toning your stomach area .
