the best songs for a work out are ones you really like. Working out to music you love gives you that extra push you need and also i feel it makes your work out alot better. Sometimes i go to the gym and they have dance music on most times which i suppose is right cos it makes you feel like your doing great and your going to make that last lift, i myself aint into that type of music though so sumtimes i take my ipod and listen to my music, its very helpful.

it's best to work out with music you like, and if it's not working for you, try techno or trance. or even dance music, as mikey suggested.
