Hi sens
Well since you do have a extreme case of sensitive skin here are a few tips
First do not use aharsh cleanser like soap switch to a mild face wash like cetaphil and do not use hot or warm water wash always with cold or tepid water.

please do not use harsh smelling creams as such instead use a thin film of honey on face as it tends to calm your skin and has soothing properties,
do not use any citris based products like vit c or any kind of strong acid like bleaches etc

also you could apply a thin film of aloe pulp which also heals your skin

hi
I have sensitive skin. Coconut oil is very good one for Sensitive skin. I am applying (heated) coconut oil on my whole body 2 times in a week and regularly I am applying 2 drops of coconut oil on my face and neck 1 hour before my bathe.

hi
Coconut oil is the preferred oil for sensitive skin. This helps to keep the skin complexion.
If the skin is sensitive with oily, pimples will appear.
I applying rose water regularly and if I have pimples, I use pure sandalwood powder paste for the pimples. Also I am not using any cosmetic items. Oily skin people must avoid must avoid oil based creams, and heavy make-up. When they go out, they can use baby powder.

To cleanse -
Almond powder 1tsp, Orange peel powder – ½ tsp, Dry milk powder – ½ tsp , Mix these well, store it in a jar.
Apply ¼ tsp of this paste all over the face and neck with gentle massage about 1 minute.
Then rinse it with lukewarm water.
