Which food should you avoid if you want to lose weight? I have found that if you stop eating cream biscuits and oily food, you can lose weight much faster. Cream biscuits and snacks contain a lot of calories while vegetable have only 1/4th the number of calories. You can check http://www.toloseweight.org/caloriecount.html for calorie counts

Some major culprits in contributing to the bulge are-
1) Biscuits (especially cream-very true)
2) Cheese laden pizzas, burgers and so on...
3) Fried chips, tortillas (rather should have baked or steamed stuff)
4) Foodstuff having oil dripping from them, or the gravy which majorly consists of oil and/or cheese
5) White bread and related stuff which actually harms health (brown bread is advisable)

Cutting down on calories will help u in reducing weight. Avoid  high calorie foods like cakes,pastries,cheese,butter,sauces,puddings,dried fruits and ice cream. Try to include more of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables in
your daily diet.

If we avoid high calorie food items, we can reduce our weight.

Nowadays we are interested to eat chips varieties, like lays, kurkure. I have read in a daily, these items give dullness to a person. i.e. it is affected our brain. Avoid to eat much of these items.
