Barefoot walking is the best treatment for feet. Walking barefoot on wet grass in the morning or on the sand in the beach or on the yard in the house give massages to the feet and strength to the muscles and feels very relaxing. Diabetic people must walk on the clean surface to avoid cutting and puncturing their feet.
Do simple exercises for the fingers, wrists, hands, and arms.
Give oil massage to the feet, lower legs, ankles, palms, fingers, and hands.
Soak the feet and palm in the warm water containing salt and lemon juice.
Apply moisturising creams to the palms and the feet.
This practice will give good relaxing mode and shine to the skin.

Almond oil will help the hands to be soft.
Mix Honey 1tsp with Almond oil 2tsp, and massage on the hands. Leave it for more than an hour then wash off with warm water.
