I'm a 13 year old girl and I am about 5'8'' and I weigh 160. I really want to lose weight. I have never had a boyfriend and people at school always tease me about my weight, so I am very self concious. I want to lose weight fast but safely. Can someone give me and tips and advice about eating and excercising. If there is anyone who could help me with a diet and excersize plan and let me know how much I should eat and what times and how much to excercise. I really appreciate this and I hope someone can help me!

good to know you wnat to lose weight pls do remember do it for yourself and not to get a boyfriend that will follow naturally, with regards to weight loss you can start off your day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey in it ,also i would advice you not cut out anything as you might be tempted to binge pls do eat in moderate portions reduce the intake of salty foods(like chips,fries) and also reduce the intake of soda and sweet drinks completely ,try eating helathy atleast twice a day , eat a good breakfast but reduce your lunch to a salad or a low fat sandwich.
with regards to your working out i am sure you are already very active in school with sports try to walk as much as you can play a game of your choice most imp make it fun and drink a lot of water or juices mostly check out more tips in this forum but remember be consistent and sincere you will get your results good luck
