Which ointment do you use for rash? I find "Itchguard" very effective, after applying thrice daily for 2-3 days, the rash disappears

Temporarily, we can control rashes by using these ointments. We must take medicines for blood purification, also must avoid some food items, like tomato, brinjal, tamarid.
Ayurvedic treatment is the best way for this and skin care.

I too agree with you that Itchguard gives good results, but it is only a temporary solution.Caladryl is also a good lotion for rashes. You need to consult your doctor if you have a rash that doesn't seem to go away with skin ointments.

I used itch guard and some other creams for rash. When I was not use the cream, for a month, I did not have rash. Then I had itches with black marks on my skin. I consulted with an Ayurvedic physician for this and I took medicines for blood purification, immunity, and skin care with food restrictions for 15 days. With in two days, rash came out as patches on my whole body. With in 7 days, all patches are clear and in the rest of the days my skin is very clear. Now I have not rash problem on my skin. Some times itches with out any marks may occur, at that time I take medicine for blood purification.
Note: Itches may occur if the sugar level is increase in our blood. Do not use creams continuously with out Doctor's advice.

The natural products to use for rash and prickly heat are adding a few neem leaves to the bath water and make sure the water is not extremely hot as ot can dry out the skin further .
Also the paste of sandal wood when applied on the rash is very effective and cools the skin .

We can control itches by using these methods.
Avoid wear tight dresses and prefer to wear cotton dresses in summer.
Rinse deeply to avoid detergents on cloths and use water added dettol to rinse inner wears.
Leave the inner wears to dry in sun light.
Use less chemical bathing soap.
