hi m nit frm banglore india m really looking fr wt loss i can do any damn thing fr this my ht is 5.7 wt is 78 kgs&age 27 yrs now m feeling depressed all the time due to my wt further my upper body is normal&a lot of fats on lower body i really wann loose wt if anyonwe advice some pills any exercise any diet m ready fr everything but need ur help people pls help me m dying

Good to know that you wnat to lose the extra weight ,but do not panic ,as there is a lot of chances of losing weight with the right kind of excercise and diet.

look around this forum itself for the herbal way to lose weight also as much as possible get the metabolisim in your body going by including a good work out it could be some thing fun like walking ,dancing or even gymming. the cardinal rule do not overeat and stick to a routine it really helps also pls no pills and crash diets instead pls do post your typical meal planand we could incorporate some changes in it and also you need to completely cut out junk food and alchohol ( ie if you drink beer ) and we could also discuss  your calorie intake and modulate a excercise plan to suit your life style

Spend 2-3 hours daily walking and don't eat fatty food. You will lose weight quickly

no dont do that its way to much and u will also feel very hungry. What u need to do is eat healthily like have about 3 meals a day, dont not eat or ur starvation kicks in then extra fat is stored by the body for energy so u must eat when u feel hungry also if you lose weight 2 fast skin mite start saggin because obviously uve lost weight so fast, u need to have balanced meals try marks and spencers for healthy eat well meals the nutrition is very good and do a combination of weight and cardio training, this way u will see the best results in time good look Grin

Hi nit,

Keep in mind you need to loose weight and you are going to do so. Bu don't panic!

Taking pills or just doing some exercises are not the correct way to loose weight. To loose weight effectively, you need to have a diet plan, control your diet & do some exercises regularly. You should follow all the three together.

As you have fats accumulation in the lower body, so go for a 35-45 minutes walking daily. Don't start 35-45 minutes walking at once. First day, just go for 10 minutes walk, then increase the time as well as speed slowly. I have written an article on proper way of walking.
