Keep in mind you need to loose weight and you are going to do so. Bu don't panic!
Taking pills or just doing some exercises are not the correct way to loose weight. To loose weight effectively, you need to have a diet plan, control your diet & do some exercises regularly. You should follow all the three together.
As you have fats accumulation in the lower body, so go for a 35-45 minutes walking daily. Don't start 35-45 minutes walking at once. First day, just go for 10 minutes walk, then increase the time as well as speed slowly. I have written an article on proper way of walking. Just visit:

Go for walking & follow the above diet plan. Then, avoid oily & fried foods & junk foods.
