Most of the time when you go for a work out in a gym or try some excercises at home , you might find your body getting sore ad stiff .
This can be severe in some cases as it could trow you off your routine for the next day o here are some tips to help you cope and reduce body pain
Take a few granules of rock salt and dissolve it in a tub of moderately hot water and immerse your feet in it this helps in sucking out the pain literally from your feet totally.
you can take a handful of pepper corn dry roast it in a pan and once its is moderately warm put in a piece of cloth like a handtowel and press against the part of your ody which is really sore.this loosens the stiffness in the body and makes it better.
A very hot water bath with drops of peppermint oil in the bath can relax your body muscles to a great extent
good luck
